Summary: The cottage is perfect for one, maybe 2 people. It's very comfortable and well equipped. There's an outdoor shower and gas grill for use. The cabin is air conditioned and there is also a porch. It's part of a community, so you will see the neighbors. It is also within walking/biking distance to Hamonassett, which is the greatest part. I loved being able to explore the beach at different times of days. A very lovely stay.

Summary: We wanted to be near my son on his school break and near the beach. This cute little place was perfect! Minutes from the beach and walking distance from Dunkin! It couldn’t be better!!!

Summary: This cottage was very comfortable in every way. All I had to do was bring food. All the comforts of home in a cozy cottage. The setting is really lovely and quiet--a great get-a-way spot; even tho it is easy to get to Rt 1. It feels like a tucked-away magical place!

Summary: Excellent, I really enjoyed my stay here. Cute cozy cottage in a quiet, friendly neighborhood close to Hammonasset State Park and beach. Clean, with everything provided, (linens, towels, cable and wifi). Just bring your food! Loved it. I was by myself, but it could sleep up to 5 persons if needed.
