New to the rental market! We are opening our home to you to enjoy all the family fun Suncadia has to offer!
Tucked back on a private cul de sac this home is great for families with kids of all ages!
Our “CHIC CABIN" is a premier home for respectful family gatherings and mature couples over the age of 30. Please no loud groups, parties or loud music.
Welcome to your home away from home - Located on a quiet cul-de-sac. Enter through the large solid wood door to the slate entry offering a classic sense of arrival and the hand scraped hickory floors add to the modern yet rustic feeling. The two story home is complete with a great room boasting a beautiful gas fireplace with custom built in mantle. Large sliding doors open to a beautiful covered patio framed by a lightly treed secluded backyard. Great people watching off the back patio.
This 3600 sq ft custom lodge home features 5 bedrooms and bonus room with 3.5 baths and can sleep up to 14

The kitchen is oversized with multiple working areas finished with modern cement and copper touches. The home features double ovens, warming drawer, microwave, large pantry, and all the pots, pans and kitchen utensils one needs to host a dinner for 16. Dining table seating up to 10. Outdoor eating space seats seats 8 with extra chairs around the fire pit and on the patio.
Layout - The main floor master suite offers a king sized bed, TV, and the master bath has a huge shower, soaking tub, and dual sinks. The main level also offers a guest suite with a king size bed. Upstairs offers a 3rd bedroom with on suite bathroom and window seat for nature watching or reading. Down the hall is the 4th bedroom with a king size bed, a window seat for some down time, and a semi private bath offering double vanities and shower with a tub.
The 5th bedroom upstairs offers twin bunks (4 total) and the loft provides a trundle bed that sleeps 2.
The bonus room has a large sectional oriented to a 55” 3D TV with cable and Wii games as well as lots of games and toys for kids.
The loft/zen room is perfect for a reading area, some yoga or meditation.
More Fun Stuff - The home is private and backs to a greenbelt and off the back patio you can watch the golfers play the 18th hole. There is lots of wild life activity in the surrounding woodlands. Deer, Wild Turkeys, Chipmunks and humming birds have been spotted all around the yard.

Summary: At first I thought we would have access to the resort and the resorts amenities due to the communication with owner but it turned out we didn’t which ended up being okay because we found a way to still enjoy the area and surroundings. I should have asked in the beginning if there was pool access and not just “access to the resort” because the owners answer was yes they are on the resort which kind of confused me? BUT my family still had an amazing time and we celebrated my dad turning 72, which was great as well. The only thing I would mention for future reference for the housekeeping team is that the floors were really dirty and the first 10 minutes we were all walking around barefoot and our feet turned black! Also the trash was left full before we got there and some hand towels by the staircase maybe the housekeeping team didn’t have enough time to finish. Overall it was a great stay and we would definitely recommend.

Summary: We had a fantastic stay in this house. It has everything you need plus more! The lay out of the house was incredible and very cozy! The hot tub, outside toys and games, upstairs bonus room which included toys and games for our grand kids to play with, and big rooms were all incredible. And the beds were very comfortable. The owner was so easy to communicate with. We hope to go back. A perfect place for a family stay!

Summary: Beautiful, clean and quiet home. It was a girls weekend for us but if you had family with little kiddos this would be an awesome place. Definitely recommend this home.

Summary: The house and surrounding property is perfect. Sits on the 18th at Prospector, but very private at the end of a road. The pictures don’t do it complete justice - the house is large and there is a lot of room for a group or two families. Outside patio is great place to hang - can be under cover out out by the gas fire pit. The owner is great and responded quickly to my questions. Highly recommend.

Summary: My siblings and I wanted a space to get away together with our spouses and children. This house was PERFECT! We had SO much room to play and run around inside the house. The toy room was a nice bonus for the kids to have things to play with and not have to bring our toys from home. The kitchen was FULLY stocked with dish ware and a pantry cupboard with most of the spices we needed. There was a game cupboard full of different games we could play together. We didn’t realize how much was stocked in the house - we came over prepared. The access to the golf course was perfect so we could walk a little ways to the course and sled right there on the green. We had such a wonderful time! We would totally stay here again for another Suncadia adventure in the future!!

Summary: Super fun getaway from the Seattle area over Christmas weekend. We were able to snowboard and sled on the golf course fairway in the backyard and relax in the hot tub afterwards. Great appliances and a very roomy kitchen made for cozy meals in. Comfortable beds and heated floors completed the total relaxation weekend. We will definitely visit again in the future.

Summary: Home is beautiful, clean, well stocked and we appreciated the bottle of wine ! Enjoyed our stay. The only improvement would be communication of check-in process. We were sent a code with no instructions prior to check in on Christmas Eve. Upon arrival on Christmas Day, we found a lock box which did not contact a key. After contacting the owner, we found out the door had an electronic lock (which we were not familiar with how to operate). More information from property manager would have been helpful and avoided frantic call to owner's on Christmas Day.
