Positive: The hosts were fantastic in showing us around and then let us be. I loved all the small thoughtful touches to make it feel homey and the hosts had thought of everything. We are looking forward to coming back there to stay again at the end of our trip. Great position too. 5 stars.

Positive: This accommodation was the most affordable one we booked on our trip, so we were slightly skeptical before getting there -- but we really worried for no reason at all: the room (incl. bathroom and access to a shared utility room and kitchen) is very nice, comfortable, and super clean, with an absolute attention to detail; you get a lot more than you pay for. The room is hosted by a beautiful and kind family with a beautiful home. Communication was easy and friendly, the welcome was very nice. We liked Christchurch a lot and the flat's location (on a quiet street with very nice houses and gardens) even more. Would always come again and recommend staying to anyone.

Negative: No fridge in the room, so couldn’t have coffee in the morning. Shared kitchen available, but didn’t want to use as it wasn’t private - would’ve rather a mini fridge. Pillows were very lumpy.

Positive: Host friendliness and welcoming. Tidy room and walking distance to Palms shopping mall.
Negative: Pathway was not convenient for older person walking especially during wet weather. Although the kitchen was open to use, a microwave and milk in the room would be more appreciated.
