Summary: My family rented this for me for 28 days as a special birthday gift months in advance. Shortly before arrival the host contacted me that there was work being done to the unit and offered to put me up in a hotel. I accepted because I had driven 1800 miles and had no other option. Unfortunately the hotel was not of similar quality or equivalent amenities to the unit that was reserved. This was an inconvenience causing me to have to find a solution for groceries i had bought, eat unplanned meals out and miss out on valuable ski time as the hotel was 14 miles away and not convenient to the mountains where I was planning on skiing. Once I finally had access to the unit, 2 days later, there was no evidence that any work had been done. I suspected I had been double booked especially when I was waiting in the parking lot watching the cleaners finish the cleaning from the previous guests. There was an almost 4 hour gap between checkout at the hotel and check in at the unit so the only thing I could do was wait outside the unit. The location is very convenient but I am giving a poor review because of the lost weekend at the 2 star (sub par) lodging that was so far away. There are plenty of nice hotels near his property that would have been much more convenient to allow me to ski while I was not allowed in his unit. Additionally many of the stated amenities were misleading or not in the unit. Most notably it is not ski in/ski out.

Summary: This was perfect for a short stay! Cozy and close to the slopes and shopping. Checkin couldn’t have been easier and the host was quick to reply when I had a question. Would stay here again!

Summary: I've stayed in this unit before, there have been some nice updates to the kitchen since then. The unit is small but perfect for my needs. The bus is so convenient that I don't have to move my car.

Summary: This little condo was a great place to stay, very easy to access a lot of trails and Breckenridge/Silverthorne as well. It was very clean, cozy, and decorated very well! There is a coffee shop and pizza place close by that was great as well! The place was very clean, and the kitchen had lot of dishes and necessities. There were no spices, salt, or pepper - so if you are going to make meals during your stay, you may want to bring all of those things from home or purchase at the grocery store in Dillon. Additionally, there is no A/C in the unit. So for these summer months, it got very warm and held the heat throughout the day and night. Airflow is minimal, especially to the bedroom where there is no ventilation- and there just one small fan provided. I recommend opening the window and door in the early evening to get things cooled off a little before the evening comes. Otherwise, sleep may be elusive. There is a large tv and a ps5 which had some games we enjoyed playing as well. Overall, a lovely stay!

Summary: Host was responsive to questions about the property. However, On the day of arrival, I had to message 3 times to find out how to access the property. There was one bath towel, not enough for our group of 3. They were delivered the second morning. Half a roll of TP upon arrival with no back up rolls. No battery in wall clock. Soft Matress. Minor inconveniences that would be easy to rectify by the host. The unit was clean and comfortable otherwise.

Summary: Not much space but you don't come up here to sit in the house all day. Right next to the bike trail. And it was a 5 minute walk to the Pub and Coffee Shop.
