Summary: Safe and quiet neighborhood. Great to walk, and see the beach. Safeway close by. House was great for families with kids. Communication with property manager was very good. Really appreciated that a lot.

Summary: We had a bridal shower for my daughter with many out of town guests. There were 10 people who stayed in the home. The living room was comfy and large enough for us all to sit in it together. Bathrooms were up to date and had great pressure. The kitchen is small but it did fit our needs. Location was good. Thank you for having such a nice place. We will be back in August and wish it was available for our family.

Summary: We came for work. The way the home arrange gave us all enough space from each other after long day at work. There are 2 living rooms.. if this property was for sale I would buy it. Highly recommended.

Summary: This was home exactly what we needed for during our family’s move out of state. It was a great location to get to everything we needed and provided a cozy home that gave everyone the space that they needed. The rec room was a great bonus the kids really enjoyed. We will for sure keep this home in mind when we plan a visit back to Tacoma.

Summary: If you plan to spend most of your time out and about exploring the area and need sleeping accommodations for a group this is the place for you. It is not fancy or modern. But clean, easy to use, and in a good area close to a lot of the Tacoma attractions. We would stay again.

Summary: First impressions aside, this home was very clean, roomy, and well appointed. Yes, the kitchen is small, but we only had breakfasts there and prepped our meals for day trips to Vashon. It’s less than 5 miles to the ferry and .5 mile to Safeway. We walked to a large Farmers Market on Saturday. The neighborhood is a mix of homes that look a bit neglected and some new renovations. It was surprisingly quiet except a briefly terrifying illegal fireworks after midnight Saturday. With 3 levels it was perfect to sequester a family with infant on lower level while accommodating elderly grandparents on main level. The hosts were very quick to respond once they figured out who was the weekend coverage. Air conditioners were very welcomed. There is an outside fire pit, and indoor fireplace so I think this would be a nice place in cooler weather, too. The fenced in driveway adds to convenience and security. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: The location and setup of this house made it perfect for the 6 of us to have our own space. The family room was nice and spread out. The art is fun. The beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. Booking was easy. We would definitely stay here again.
