Summary: It is a beautiful farm house. Looks just like the pictures. A couple of things that would enhance this property and make the stay more pleasant are table lamps in the bedrooms for night reading and either an ice maker that works or ice trays.

Summary: Stayed here during our son’s graduation weekend. Clean and comfortable, beautiful yard, decks, and setting. Hosted dinner for our extended family, plenty of room inside and outside for a fun family evening! Highly recommend as a place to stay and enjoy Vermont’s beauty.

Summary: Well-suited for a comfortable stay of more than a few days, on a hill with a beautiful view from the front deck and a great yard out back. The photos are accurate and the owners friendly and easy to communicate with.

Summary: Such an adorable house and property with everything you could ever need for your stay! The views from the deck were incredible and we enjoyed watching the sunset over the mountains. There are lots of lakes and ponds in the area for great fishing and swimming. We found numerous great restaurants, ice cream shacks, and country stores! We can’t wait to visit this area again!

Summary: The house was clean and comfortable, with all lights and fans in good working order. The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, a spacious living room and great porch space both in the front and the back of the house. The kitchen was well stocked--although we didn't cook, we found sufficient cooking and grilling utensils available. The house is located among farms in the area, and we enjoyed the nature around us, as well as the proximity to good hiking and Ticonderoga. Nearby towns, including Brandon and Benson have good restaurants.
