Summary: We enjoyed our stay while skiing in Vail for the long weekend. The house was very clean and had all the amenities listed. Check in and out was seamless. The location was great for getting to the ski area. We couldn't figure out the bus shuttle so ended up driving and paying for parking. Our main goal for our stay was to ski, so we were ok with an outdated house that was clean and had two bathrooms, laundry, and working kitchen appliances. If you are used to a Ritz Carlton, this is more of a Holiday Inn. Again, clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

Summary: For how much it costed, it is a good townhome. It is extremely outdated, but it gets the job done. Some broken things, but it is honestly more spacious then expected.

Summary: This property had the space needed (and more), the location was nice but not walkable to anywhere. There was a restaurant and grocery store about a mile away. The setting and scenery were nice, quiet and once windows were opened it had a beautiful breeze. The master bed was very comfortable and the pillows were amazing, I slept better than I have in forever. Unfortunately, everything is SO outdated. The paint, furniture, kitchen, games,…. seem to be original to 1990 so it felt tired and uninspired. As someone who cares about environment the place just didn’t work for my son and I. The customer service was above and beyond and the price was right for a summer rental.

Summary: This Meadow Creek condo was perfect for our ski vacation - I read all of the reviews ahead and was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable and welcoming the place was. Yes, it might be an older property - however having a functioning kitchen , great location -next to the bus route and overall space makes up for everything else. Bottom Line - this place is a great value and I would definitely book here again.

Summary: Place was clean and location next to walking trails, river and park was wonderful. Place needs some improvements; tile coming loose in kitchen, oven only had 2 working burners with one that only went to very hot regardless of setting, toaster only worked sometimes, hot in house during day-a fan helps a lot, no gas for grill provided.

Summary: overall the property was as expected after reading previous reviews. Nice location and it was quiet while we were there. There are walking paths and a park nearby. We were on a work trip, so not around much during the day. The condo itself is outdated but cute. We brought a fan as it did get stuffy in the rooms. Negatives: - House gets warm-a fan helps a lot -Some windows hard to open -Stove only had 2 burners that worked and one was super hot no matter the setting, so cooking difficult -No gas provided for grill, so didn’t use -Toaster worked sometimes, not all the time -Tiles are loose in kitchen-likely a safety hazard -Some chairs on deck broke -Had issues getting in at first-lock boxes did not work and one was broke - called Vacasa and they did help right away Positives: Pretty clean Most beds comfortable Quiet while we were there Walking paths and park nearby

Summary: Overall, the place was as advertised with convenient bus access. However, the internet/TV weren't working because they hadn't paid their bill. Property agents got it fixed the next day. The window cranks on nearly all windows, other than the north side of the primary bedroom, don't work. Light over the dining table was out. Kitchen had dish soap but no sponge or cleaning tool, no napkins, foil, pepper, etc. We would like a partial refund as one of the property agents mentioned.
