Summary: Timothy's apartment was very comfortable. Close to all the amenities on Fraser, Main, Kingsway. But on a quiet, leafy neighbourhood street. There was absolutely no problem getting street parking right in front. The apartment had windows on 4 sides, so great light and air circulation. Comfortable bed and good hot water in the shower. Nice towels. Well equipped kitchen. Will stay again!

Summary: A great location for our family from Australia to catch up with family in Vancouver over the holiday season. The apartment was larger than expected and very comfortable. It’s was close shops, restaurants and cafes for our convenience and we were able to walk to my daughters residence in the same area. I’m happy to stay here again on a return visit to Vancouver. Hosts are very pleasant, great communicators and very accommodating.

Summary: Cute, cosy place to stay. There was a little mix up but the owners were very responsive and made up for everything. Area is good. Everything within 10 min walk or 4 minute drive.

Summary: Tim is a very good host. The house (2nd flr) was very clean. The beds are comfortable and the bedrooms are a good size. Pretty well situated for public transit with a variety of restos nearby (Carano’s pizza was excellent).

Summary: Cute upstairs unit with everything we needed (including an A/C unit during a warm stretch. There are a wide range of eateries and coffee shops within a few minutes of the house. The house itself is on a small, quiet street in a quiet neighborhood.

Summary: Living room and bedrooms were very spacious. The hosts lived below and were very quiet. Great location close to a nice little park. Area was beautiful. We love coffee and making some meals so the kitchen was not as equipped as we would like but it was adequate. We would stay again for sure.
