Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Keylock would not work with code provided. New code would not work either. Half of the dishes in the cabinet were dirty as well as the silverware. Table was not clean. It was a nicely put together unit. Decorated well. The instructions at the unit vs online and the app were inconsistent.

Summary: There were many nice things about this property: Location, beautiful scenery, beautiful structure... but my son and his girlfriend found bottles and old food items under their beds in their respective rooms. Our blanket and pillows in the master looked dirty. The couch was broken down also. All in all we had a wonderful trip but probably won't stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great vacation while staying at tranquility place. The whole villa was very clean and plenty spacious for our 7 guests. The only issue we ran into was that the bedding for the pull-out bed wasn't present for the first night when we checked in. However, we called sunset rentals the next morning and within the hour they were there with the bedding we requested. We were extremely pleased with the customer service.

Summary: Everything was clean and neat. Nice place to stay and will return some day. Only negatives are : no Christmas decor out but I found some in closet and set it out. Also, the sofa could stand to be replaced. Very uncomfortable. Not enough seating for 6 people hanging out by fireplace. TV quite small and could not get tv remote to change channel to use DVD.

Very clean, pictures were accurate, and close to silver dollar city. There was 4 adults and 3 children in our group and we had plenty of room. Kitchen has everything you need including a milkshake mixer.
