Summary: Stayed with family for big football weekend! Nick was great to communicate with. House has all you’ll need and is close enough to walk to the Big House, but far enough away from the craziness on game days. Bedrooms are comfortable and kitchen well equipped. Quiet street right off stadium drive. Plenty of parking- with No restrictions on street parking. Nick has added another bathroom downstairs ( almost finished), which makes it nice when traveling with whole family Close to Kroger and only an 8 min drive from downtown or Campus.

Summary: 25min walk from Big House, very convenient. Unit is as described, 3 beds and 1 bath. Nick was clear and responsive with communication. This is a good spot to have as a home base for a gameday weekend with friends.

Summary: Was at Nicks house for a weekend in August 24.. house is a very cute 3 bedroom with open kitchen, dining and living room, bathroom is a very good size for 5 adults +, it has a nice sitting area off the back which was great for sitting and having your morning coffee.. the house was clean and had all the amenities needed, the area was also great, only being about a 10 min walk to the big house and a few resturants, I can only say we were all very confortable and I would use the house again... 5 stars from me...
