Our vacation home 'Casa Muslone' is a winery house from the 15th century and is located 400m above the Gardasee in the idyllic city of Muslone, Gargnano district on the west shore. The spacious, two storied winery house has been totally restored and has become a comfortable vacation home with 90m² of living space for 6 people and is also child friendly. The typical country style was preserved. Here you will find rest and relaxation in the original Italian atmosphere. Muslone and our vacation home 'Casa Muslone' offer you all of the possibilities to experience and enjoy a wonderful vacation. Muslone is an ideal starting point for excursions in both the nearby and far away surroundings. Directly by the house, a very beautiful and partially demanding hiking paths begin. In the small grocery stores in Enzos, you will find typical Italian specialties and offers for daily life. 10 minute walk to a very beautiful, stunningly located pizzeria.
Sport - Hiking - Water sports - Golfing - etc. : In Gargnano you will find a groomed, public beach under old olive trees. There are more than enough parking spaces. At the public, open beach you can book surfing classes and surf boards and rent paddle boats. For water sport enthusiasts, there is also the opportunity to go sailing. Guided mountain bike tours also start here. Lake Garda is not only a point of interest for water sport enthusiasts, but there are also quiet places to swim. The surrounding mountains invite you to hike and experience stunning panoramic views of Lake Garda. In Toscolano, only 20 minutes from Gargnano, is Val de Cartiere - the paper mill valley. The old paper mills are being rebuilt with EU-money and give an informative and interesting view of the past. The valley is wonderful for walks and ends in a stunning gorge.

Summary: Everything was fine. Great view, lovely traditional house in small village. Evertyhing you need is in there. No traffic, silence and nature around the village. The owner helped us with bedlinen, because we forgot it to bring with us.

Summary: Casa Muslone is set in a quiet village looking over Lake Garda. The property is well equipped and has a lovely terrace and small garden. Both have wonderful views over the lake. The village alimentari is great and its owner, Enzo, is extraordinarily helpful. Gargnano is only 10mins away by car and is a wonderful lakeside town served by the local ferries. The small harbour is great for sipping an Aperol spritz and watching the world go by. The local ristorante and pizzeria, Paradiso, is also highly recommended. Muslone itself does not have a bar or cafe but works well as a quiet base to explore busy Lake Garda.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Luke & Werner’s house m. It’s a quirky house with lots of character which is well thought through. The garden is beautiful overlooking the views of the Lake. Parking is 100/200m on the hill approaching the village. We parked at the local church on Day 1 for unloading purposes. There is a small shop ran by Enzo who is extremely helpful. He sells fresh bread rolls and local cheese which is great in the morning as well as other useful products. A car is essential to be able to travel ti different areas. There is a local walk to provera village which is worth while. I would not recommend the refurn route through the hills as the terrain is difficult. Tignale waterfalls is nearby. There is a local restaurant Paradiso with Great Lake views but the food was very poor. There is a minor issue of insect bites so would recommend a insect repellent. We would highly recommend the place which allows a great opportunity to explore locally as well as other areas at Lake Garda

Summary: Wir haben im Sommer 2008 und 2009 unseren Urlaub im Casa Muslone verbracht und werden auch nächstes Jahr wiederkommen. Es ist etwas ganz besonderes, hier oben in Muslone über dem Gardasee zu wohnen und die Ruhe, das italienische Flair und die Atmosphäre von Muslone zu genießen. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und komplett mit allem ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Es ist großzügig und man hat auch mit 6 Personen sehr viel Platz. Der Clou ist der Garten und die geschützte Terrasse unter einer weinumrankten Pergola mit einem traumhaften Blick über den See bis nach Sirmione. Alles ist gepflegt und sehr sauber. Es gibt wirklich nichts auszusetzen und wir können uns den lobenden Bewertungen vor uns nur uneingeschränkt anschließen. Die beschriebenen Ausstattungen sind alle vorhanden und der Hausmeister wohnt genau gegenüber und ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist für mehrere Paare genauso gut geeignet, wie für eine Familie mit Kindern und vielleicht noch den Großeltern. Ein Auto sollte man zur Verfügung haben, wenn man in Muslone Urlaub macht, aber auch der Bus, der 3-4 mal täglich nach Gargnano und zurück fährt ist manchmal eine prima Alternative. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Nightlife und Stimmung sucht man hier jedoch vergeblich. Alles in Allem: Wir können das Häuschen uneingeschränkt und mit gutem Gewissen sehr empfehlen. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder!

Summary: Das Haus Casa Muslone hat eine sehr ruhige Lage in einem kleinen, malerischen Ort oberhalb des Gardasees (was aber i.d.R. auch ein Auto notwendig macht). Das freundliche Haus ist in sehr gutem Zustand und bietet viele Ablage-/Verstaumöglichkeiten. Modernes Bad. Die Haus ist wie beschrieben sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Der Garten und die Terrasse sind eine grüne Oase, ideal für einen unbeschwerten Aufenthalt. Praktisch ist der kleine Laden bei Enzo, nur 20 m entfernt. Hier bekommt man die meisten Lebensmittel für den täglichen Bedarf, alles sehr frisch. Brötchen kann man für jeden Tag bestellen, auf Wunsch bringt er sie sogar ans Küchenfenster. Mit dem Auto ist man in 7-8 Minuten am See, der Badestrand in Gargnano ist großzügig geschnitten und bietet auf den Wiesen unter alten Olivenbäumen reichlich Schatten und auch Sonne, je nach Wunsch. DiesesFerienhaus kann man mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Besuch in diesem Feriendomizil am Gardasee.

Summary: Der Urlaub im Casa Muslone am Gardasee war wunderschön. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es fehlt absolut an nichts. Es ist sehr authentisch und zuzüglich mit allem Komfort - und dazu der schöne Essplatz aussen unter der Weinlaube mit dem traumhaften Seeblick. Einfach toll. Das Wetter war zwar etwas wechselhaft, aber auch bei den kurzen Regenperioden kann man sich im großzügig gecshnittenem Haus prima und gemütlich aufhalten. (wir waren zu viert) Muslone ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungen der Region, hier gibt es sehr abwechslungsreiche Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir empfehlen das Haus für alle Generationen, nur für Rollstuhlfahrer und für Bewegungseingeschränkte ist diese Region und auch das Haus nicht so geeignet. Dies wird nicht unser letzter Urlaub in Casa Muslone gewesen sein. Ein Tip: Man muss früh und schnell buchen, das Haus ist früh ausgebucht.
