Nestled just a leisurely stroll 4 minutes from the beach and 2 minutes from the vibrant Atlantic Ave, you'll find yourself immersed in the lively energy of local shops, eclectic boutiques, and a diverse array of dining and entertainment.
This studio villa has been thoughtfully designed to provide the utmost comfort and style. The interior boasts a fresh, modern aesthetic, adorned with curated coastal furnishings. Relax in the spacious living area or whip up culinary delights in the fully-equipped kitchen replete with state-of-the-art appliances and amenities. And when the allure of the beach calls, a mere 4-minute walk will lead you to the white powdery sands of Delray.

* Keurig coffee machine and complimentary coffee pods in the kitchen
* Built-in desk for a dedicated working space.
Backyard (shared with other villas onsite):
* Chaise lounge to soak up the sun
* Outdoor table seating available
Family/Kids Amenities:
* All age board games
* Pack n' Play (includes bassinet), baby gate and kids plates/utensils available on request from the guest.
Additional Amenities:
* 2 beach chairs and towels
* Washer & Dryer available and shared with Unit B-1
* Fast wifi and parking lot with two available spots
Other items to mention:
* The washer/dryer are located in the main entrance hallway and are shared with Unit B1.
* Pets and Emotional Support Animals are allowed on a case-by-case basis, and the guest must receive approval from the host prior to the reservation. All animals (i.e. pets, emotional support animals, service animals) are not allowed to be left alone in the villa at any time, and the guest is liable for any damage incurred by the animal. If you're interested in bringing your animal, please let me know via an inquiry.

Summary: All the amenities were top notch at Villa Emma. Probably the best feature was the location. It was unbeatable; a quick walk to the amazing public beach and leisurely stroll to prime hot spots on Atlantic Ave. We ended up not renting a car and it was not an issue. Hosts were very accommodating and quick/thorough with communication. Highly recommend to couples or friends traveling together!

Summary: We had the most enjoyable stay at villa Emma! The property is absolutely perfect, well appointed, comfortable, quiet and extremely clean. The owners thought of everything when creating this space. It has the coolest vibe, and is situated in a desirable location, steps from Delray Beach, on a quiet street surrounded by lovely palms and gorgeous "old Florida" homes -- a walker's paradise. We will definitely be returning! Thank you to our excellent host, Ryan!
