This professionally decorated beach cottage is fully stocked and ready to welcome you to the laid-back island of Jamestown. With ample outdoor space and within walking distance to the beach, you’ll be spending your days swimming and your evening grilling in the backyard. This year, we have added a new kitchen appliances and a new outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach!
Note: we only rent Saturday to Saturday, full week minimum in the summertime. Thanks!

Summary: A wonderful space, perfect for a relaxing family getaway. The cottage is well designed with cute touches and has been beautifully renovated to keep the original charm with all the comfort of a modern home (quality appliances, bedding, fixtures, etc). It comes with everything you need and the location is great - a short drive to many amazing beaches and a quick walk to the local beach plus shops and restaurants in Jamestown. The host provides all the information you need and is quick to respond to any questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip!

Summary: We had an amazing stay at this centrally located, cozy cottage in the heart of Jamestown! It was perfect for our family and we had such a wonderful time. This cottage is walkable to Jamestown Center, whether you are catching the ferry to Newport or getting a bite to eat. The stylishly decorated cottage is perfect for a family looking to get away, and there is very spacious backyard to enjoy your time outdoors. We look forward to coming back again next year!

Summary: There isn't enough space here to describe how wonderful the property and Devi are. The house is beautifully decorated, well-appointed (has EVERYTHING you need-just bring yourself and some groceries) and so clean that we did not worry one bit about our infant daughter crawling around everywhere. A few highlights: the beds - extremely comfortable; the backyard - huge; the covered porch - the perfect place to have your morning coffee. The house is walking distance to the supermarket (McQuade's) and liquor store (Jamestown Wine & Spirits), a 15 minute walk to Mackeral Cove Beach (non-residents are welcome all day, but you will have to pay for parking if you go before 5pm) and a 5 minute walk to town. Devi, herself, is an excellent host. She went above and beyond for us and our baby and is honestly just about the nicest person you'd ever want to meet. This is truly a property where you can set it and forget it and enjoy yourself. We cannot wait to go back!

Summary: The beach house was as described, very clean and quiet. It was a lot cuter in person than the photos! The owner was welcoming and replied to our questions quickly. The place is nicely decorated and in the perfect area in town and is in walking and biking distance to all the destinations. We will be going back the next chance we get.
