'Crabbes Creek' is perfectly positioned directly opposite South Golden Beach. The property has been fully renovated.
The cottage is a simple design but well set out for those wanting a relaxed beach getaway. Cosy up on the lounge or enjoy the outdoor area which is designed for relaxed dining, or for just sitting, relaxing and listening to the waves.
Well appointed kitchen featuring all stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, coffee machine and microwave oven.
Both bedrooms have their own entry into the shared bathroom/laundry which also has direct access to the fully fenced yard.
The property is tiled throughout and is pet friendly for outdoor pets.

Summary: Fantastic location just metres from a stunning dog friendly beach, the house has a good sized sunny yard. Ample on street parking. 2 bedrooms (1 smaller room with single & trundle bed) that share a good sized bathroom/laundry. Main bedroom is spacious & bright. Lounge is fine for 3 people and has a smart TV. Kitchen is bright and well equipped with utensils and a coffee machine. Outdoor area is spacious and has a large table and chairs for 8 people. The owner responded positively to our feedback about some cleanliness issues we had at check in.

Summary: Positives: Quiet area, Beautiful Beach, Relaxed Neighborhood and surrounding area. Cottage was Reno'd, Good size undercover BBQ/Eating area. Negatives; Cottage is VERY small. Would be a major challenge with anymore than 2 People despite there being a 2nd Bedroom (big enough for 1 person only..) Mice droppings throughout Kitchen Cupboards. Oven was very dirty.Smoke Alarm went off in the middle of the night.. twice in 2 nights (for no reason... obviously needed servicing) The Back Yard is fenced off between the Cottage and very back Fence. (Maybe 10m behind the Cottage) where a small Shed/Cottage is located. Appears the Owners use this to stay. They arrived the Friday night before we left. It felt a bit weird and intimidating. We did enjoy the Area and Beach, but DID NOT enjoy staying in the Cottage. Its just way to small.And we really didn't appreciate the Owners being there at the same time.

Summary: Light and airy, a quiet place to stop. A well equipped kitchen and comfy beds. Across the road from the beach. Easy maintenance and had all we needed to relax for several days. Loved the peace.

Summary: This beach cottage has everything you need. The bedding is super comfortable. The shower is huge. The kitchen is well equipped. The covered lanai is perfect for outside dining. And the best thing of all, the beach is steps away. Very few people were at the beach, which made it feel even more exclusive. And there is a wonderful cafe just a few steps away. I highly recommend staying here.
