Positive: The staff were very friendly and helpful. I made an error on my booking and reserved a room for the wrong day. When I realised, I contacted the property who sorted it out for me within 15 minutes. Excellent customer service. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Bed was super comfortable.

Negative: Only that we couldn't make the spa bath work!

Summary: If you are looking for a comfortable, affordable base to stay close to Cradle Mountain, this is it.
