The ground-floor bedrooms consist of a super-king-size with Smart TV with Freeview and en-suite bathroom, a double with Smart TV with Freeview and a family room with triple bunk, a bunk bed and a Smart Tv with Freeview, along with a ground-floor bathroom. Outside there is a large lawned garden with furniture and barbecue and shared two and a half acres with wooded area, and ample off-road parking. Within 1.3 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.4 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A highchair, travel cot and stairgate are all available upon request. Pets are not permitted. This property has a Good Housekeeping Bond of £600. Please be aware that the stairs leading up to the first floor are open-tread. Please note that there is an un-fenced stream within the grounds, children must be supervised at all times.
