Positive: The employees were horrible on the evening of the 16 th at check in refused to help these customers and wouldn't speak to them. Charged extra charges that are not listed in the advertisement and book reservation site . Told customer they were entitled to the special rate for hospital stays but refuse to give them that rate for either night 16th or 17th. Charged man deposit of 200.00 that wasn't part of their reserving the room they were only notified of this charge after the reservation and payment has been made. Charged them a deposit for their pet on the night on the 17th but not on the 16th and whenever it is advertised as PET friendly no deposit should have been required and if so, the deposit should have been able to have been paid on the reservation information. Upon checking out today by noon the office was closed andvlockefbandbtheynwre not able to get their deposit money before they checked out. What motel/hotel closes and locke their office on Saturday which should be one of there busiest days. How are people.supposed to check-in and out with a closed locked office? I request that this couple be refunded their deposit immediately and that all these extra charges be voided and then be allowed the rate for hospital stays and they are disabled and this couple are senior citizens and disabled as well. Thank you

Positive: Then I was away from the road and predominantly quiet area.
Negative: That I selected a pet friendly hotel but there was no options to mention that I had A pet Online and no information stating that pets were extra so they kept my deposit Because they Said it was $27 a night for my pet. Even though I had to clean my room when I got there. And the reason why I chose this location was because I had stayed there previously. And the room was fully equipped with can opener. Pots Pan dishes and silverware. However, the room I was put in this time. Had nothing not even a trash can. So nee,dless to say the Staff was excellent room was not so hot and the rates are not clear. There needs to be an option online for you to check that. You have a pet so that you can get an accurate rate And not caught off guard.

Positive: This is a very nice, cozy and relaxing property! The staff made us feel so welcome! I will recommend the Craigshire Suites to anyone wanting a laid back environment!
Summary: I am currently going through chemotherapy in St. Louis, and this was a very pleasant and relaxing experience!
