Positive: Very good and central location. Modern designed rooms, friendly staff and nice view from the rooftop.

Negative: Breakfast variety could be broaden. Pool/tanning hours start from 12, which is kind of late in a day, perhaps it would be more convenient to start earlier.

Positive: Room 605. Loved the huge terrace. Room was well appointed, spacious and very functional. The front desk personnel were extraordinarily helpful when a friend in another room had her cell phone stolen while out on a tour.

Negative: No fan in the bathroom to remove moisture in the air.

Positive: I was extremely satisfied with my stay, the staff is lovely, the room is beautiful and confortable, excellent location, the buffet of the breakfast has a good quality. Even the products used in the bathrooms are from Rituals, my favorite brand. I give 9/10

Negative: I would suggest to add a trash and paper wipes in the room just as an imprivement. Both exist in the bathroom but having it around the bed would be good

Positive: The room is small but stil youll hav space for your luggage. It has a nice balcony I love it! A different outline of washroom, cold and hot shower is perfectly working. Complete toiletries like shampoo, conditioner and lotion. The room is so clean. The bed is so soft for me, for a light sleeper I cant relax much. I would like to say that the outlet with USB type A & C from bed side is so efficient but I hope that it should have both bedside. Location was nice close to the center and quite close to the casa batllo, el corte and other big stores. Getting a bolt is easy also. The staff are so helpful and kind. They are approachable and super friendly. Will really recommend this Cram Hotel.

Negative: The bed maybe because Im a light sleeper. Other than that nothing else.
