Positive: We stayed here for four nights with our whole family, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The owners are amazing people: always kind, thoughtful and helpful, with an exceptional level of hospitality. They also gave us lots of useful and enjoyable tips about places to visit, for example in Palermo and the surrounding area. The rooms are beautiful, authentic and carefully looked after down to the smallest detail. Everything is very clean and fresh, and extra blankets are available if needed. The B&B is a true oasis of peace, surrounded by beautiful mountains. We would absolutely recommend this place. The owners make every generation feel welcome, from young to old, and it is the perfect place to completely relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

Positive: We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Rossella and Maurizio are incredibly warm, kind and attentive hosts who made us feel welcome from the very beginning. They were always happy to help with questions or special requests and really went the extra mile to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Everything was beautifully arranged, from the smooth and well-organised check-in to the lovingly prepared breakfast. The property itself is simply gorgeous, especially the pool and the views. What we enjoyed most, though, was the peaceful and secluded setting. It’s the perfect place to slow down, relax and enjoy the surroundings. We would happily come back!
Negative: The secluded location is wonderful for a peaceful getaway, but a car is definitely recommended! Without one, getting around will be quite difficult, as there are no shops or villages within easy walking distance. There is a very good restaurant ("Lo chalet") about a 15-minute drive away, which was a great option! The minibar could perhaps be a little larger, but it wasn’t really an issue for us.

Positive: We really enjoyed the peaceful, rural location of Crapa Licca. The property is tucked away in the countryside and at night all we could hear were the cicadas – wonderfully quiet and relaxing, and a lovely escape from busier areas. Our room was clean, and we appreciated the helpful video that had been sent to us beforehand explaining exactly how to find and access it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and particularly loved the tranquil setting.
Negative: We were a little surprised when we arrived to find nobody around, as we had expected some sort of reception or someone to check us in. This may have been a little naive on our part, especially as we had been sent instructions beforehand, and the owners did arrive later that evening. The room was clean but the décor and furnishings felt a little dated, and the beds were extremely firm. We did find very firm mattresses at several properties during our travels around Sicily, so this may simply be a matter of local preference, but it is worth knowing if you prefer a softer bed. Unfortunately, we also had an issue with the air conditioning on our first night. As the temperatures were extremely high, the room was very hot and we got very little sleep. It may have helped if the air conditioning had been switched on before our arrival so that the room had a chance to cool down.

Positive: Honestly everything was amazing. Beautiful spacious rooms decorated with great taste. Every room has a terrace where you can have dinner watching sunset over the mountains. Great pool with enough lounge chairs for everyone. Location overall is amazing if you want to take respite from chaos and noise. I know I'll recommend it to everyone in my personal life if they go to Sicily. We loved it. What you get for the price is unbeatable. Thank you for the host who were very friendly and gracious!
