Located on a quiet dead-end road, this extremely spacious 2 bedroom unit is perfectly positioned on half an acre of pristine landscaping (scattered with various fruit tree). This unit takes up the entire 2nd story and provides the most expansive views! The property features a jaw-dropping resort style infinity hot tub and pool. If that isn’t enough to entice you, you may be persuaded with the spacious swim-up bar/outdoor kitchen or the pool bridge that leads to the fire pit on the edge of the cliff. This is truly a one of a kind property that you have to see to believe! And to make it even better, you don't have to share any spaces with strangers....we only take one booking on the property at a time. The apartment makes up the entire 2nd story of our home. Once you pass through the gates, all your worries and cares slip away as you can fully embrace every moment of tranquility and relaxation.
The apartment has its own beautiful Spanish style entry with stairs leading to your upstairs oasis. The open concept living room, breakfast nook and kitchen offer spectacular views of the ocean. Off the living room you can take in the cross breeze on the side balcony next to our prized mango tree (seriously...try to find a better tasting mango)! Through the living room on the backside you can walk out to the enormous terrace...the master bedroom also has direct access to the terrace. Enjoy a quick bite to eat on the covered balcony with the pass through countertop bar outside the kitchen. On your private terrace, you can enjoy things like yoga, lounging on the sectional, eating at the outdoor table, tanning, showering (yes, outdoor shower)...the list goes on...SO much room for activities!! At night, the space is transformed with pergola lighting to create a magical ambiance for dinner or a night cap...you can also switch off the lights and lay back in the lounge chairs for some epic star gazing!
The master bedroom is beautifully furnished with a king size bed, side tables, chair, and open wardrobe....and has direct access to the balconyAND breathtaking views of that beautiful ocean you came for, of course! The 2nd bedroom has side views of the Aguadilla bay, as well as views of lush tropical greenery in front of the property. This bedroom is a favorite for kids…it is furnished with a Full and Queen sized bed. The property is extremely functional, spacious, and central to all the main attractions on the west coast. We are so very lucky to get the spectacular views from our cliff location, while still being walking distance to the beach. The walk to Crash Boat Beach is about 1/4 mile...it doesn't get much better than that!
* Each bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan and air conditioning. The living room is equipped with a large fan and all common areas receive an amazing cross breeze...so be sure to open the windows! Although you won't be spending much time indoors, the apartment provides a comfortable temperature to relax and take in the awesome views!

1. Guests have ample parking inside the gated property.
2. The rental is only to be used by you and the people staying in the house. Parties are NOT allowed unless prior approval is authorized.
Other things to note
**There is the possibility of neighboring construction occurring during your stay. Construction here is intermittent...sometimes with months of break between work. We have not been provided any construction schedules and have no control over whether it will take place during your stay, but there is that chance (on weekdays from around 7am-3pm). By booking this listing, you are acknowledging that possible construction noise won't be an issue for you and that you understand no discounts or refunds will be given for this reason.
The property comes with a very friendly outdoor cat named Gandalf. He comes and goes as he pleases and is very well fed (despite what he tries to tell you lol)…he can't wait to meet you!
