Summary: Was a great option to get our dogs the heck out of the city for the 4th. Easy to get to and a great property. Close to I-70, so not “middle of nowhere” quiet, but mostly just high white noise. The creek is louder, frankly. Beautiful spot. Great places to walk the dogs and get their paws wet in the creek. Close to great hiking trails, too.

Summary: Puts you close enough and was very comfy. Was warm amd enough space and plenty for the kids to do when we weren't sking. We even got snowed in one day and everyone did great. Good location and laypit for bigger families, which is hard to find

Summary: Overall it was a good stay. Owner was responsive. Communication, directions. Etc were clear. Beds were pretty comfortable. Game room area was nice for kids. Laundry area worked out well. Another toilet would be helpful but we knew that going in. Decor was very basic. Kitchen had all the basics we needed. Nothing fancy about the place but was clean. Hot tub worked great. Very close to I 70 so pretty noisy but didn’t really bother us much. Nice flat 1.25 mile loop on dirt road by house. Worked well for runners in our group. A TV upstairs in living room would be a big help. That’s where we hung out with kitchen right there. Wanted to watch football games together there. Also, the water pressure in the place is really bad especially if both showers going but we managed ok with it.

Summary: The property manager was prompt to reply & kind enough to allow us in a little early since the property had been cleaned. There were nice extras such as shampoo/conditioner, detergent, etc., coffee station, salt/pepper & the gameroom downstairs was a hit. Baking/microwave safe dishware would have been nice. We had to make brownies in a pan and I use multiple small bowls to heat up vegetables/make rice since there wasn't any pyrex or similar dishware. Unfortunately the lovely creek in the backyard backs up to the highway so there is constant vehicle noise; also the front yard was unkempt and had high weeds. The fireplace wall has been painted black so does not exactly match up to the photos online. The location is fine and the neighboring houses were all very nicely maintained.

Summary: This was the perfect place ! There was a larger group of us that stayed together over the weekend. The house had enough room and great amenities for all of us to enjoy. A bench by the River was awesome and a hot tub to relax in after a long run down the Georgetown mountain. Definitely would love to stay here again !
