Positive: Breakfast N/A Good location with ample parking. Unit has eveything you need in the kitchen and bath, cable tv, wifi and comfortable beds. The building and community were very quiet.
Negative: Low toilets. Walking up to top floor. 10 a.m. checkout is too early. Should be at least 11 a.m without extra cost

Positive: Nice location - central to beaches and easy to get around. Nice little touches like kitchen supplies and even some toys and books for the kids.
Negative: It was great, just know it’s a 3rd floor walk up if you are not physically able to access that.

Positive: This condo was BEAUTIFUL and had everything we needed, including pots, pans, silverware, towels, linens, coffee filters, shampoo, etc! It had a community pool that was so clean and wonderful for the 100°+ index days. This place was so comfortable and superior to a hotel room in every way. It was so nice that I intend to always book a condo instead of a hotel room going forward and certainly every time we come to Rehoboth, we will be booking this condo!!
Negative: The only negatives I could think of are that the television in the living room was laggy and seemed to have connection issues. We didn't quite mind, though, and it wasn't that big of a deal. Also, the fridge was leaking some water from the freezer into the refrigerator section, but it wasn't a big enough deal for us to do anything about it. The negatives were miniscule and overshadowed by the positives.
