We are very sorry. The Province of British Columbia recently passed the Short-Term Rental Accommodations Act. It is legislation that denies property owners the right to rent their home for vacation or other short term rental purposes. We hope Court challenges result in the Law being overturned but for now we are prevented from renting.
Crescent Beach is a quaint beachside community located on Boundary Bay in Surrey B.C. It has been a summer destination for the lower mainland of British Columbia for decades. It is less than an hour drive from Vancouver and roughly two and 1/2 hours to Whistler B.C.
The Beach House sleeps up to twelve with six bedrooms (including a basement suite).. There are five queen beds and one bunkbed. There is a baby room adjacent to one of the bedrooms! There are four full bathrooms with three showers and two bathtubs. The home has been updated with modern amenities. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials. There is a conveniently located BBQ on the back deck for those who like grilling.
Basement is occupied by a tenant from Sept 15-June 30
The basement suite includes a full bathroom, TV room and kitchen. It is ideal for children to get away from the adults, to watch TV or play games. It is also ideal for a second couple to have some privacy. The suite makes it a very good home for two couples or families to share. The basement suite can be locked off if it is not needed and the listing price can be reduced.
If traveling with family or friends, our spacious driveway comfortably accommodates 3-4 cars, ensuring a hassle-free experience for everyone in your group.
You will find the front porch to be a highlight of your visit. In the quiet of the morning, enjoy a cup of coffee, listen to the birds and watch the tide come in or go out. In the evening, enjoy a glass of wine, music and some remarkable sunsets. During the day go for beach walks, build sandcastles, play games on the sandbars. We have footballs, basketballs and other beach games for you to play with. After an early evening swim warm yourself by a cozy fire in the fireplace.
Crescent Beach has lots of local restaurants a short walk away. Enjoy fish and chips or fine dining. There are lots of choices. After dinner or lunch grab an ice cream cone and walk the beach.
