Summary: A great place to stay in the town. Walk to shops no problem. Happy hour and Karreoke on a Friday night but not noisy african music. Breakfast is expensive for what you get although good and tasty so try to get it inclusive. It has a reasonable pool to swim in. Locals know it and are pleased to come to have discussions. The BCL mine is too far to walk to. Look out for the donkey carts.

Summary: Staff was able to find a different room for family of five w/o any problems. The breakfast was hearty and plentiful.

Summary: The staff was friendly and helpful in moving us to another room on the 3rd night of our stay when other patrons were too noisy. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. We would definitely choose this hotel again.

Summary: My family and I have been staying at the Best Western Inn & Suites for years. Recently the new owners have remodled, and the rooms look fantastic. Front desk personnel have been re-trained and are finally understanding the meaning of customer care. My family and I recommend this hotel.
