Positive: Pool and spa. Plenty of towels. Convenient location for free shuttle to town.
Negative: Noisy location over service entrance. No coffee or creamer. No outlet in breakfast nook to plug in coffeemaker. Bathroom light over sink not working.

Positive: The location was great. Just 8 minutes to town with great views. There is a multipurpose paved trail all the way into town. We enjoyed riding our ebikes into town several times.
Negative: We arrived to our room at 9:00 pm. When we arrived in the room it appeared it had not been cleaned. There were towels on the bathroom floor, the toilet was dirty and it was not clear whether the bed had been changed or not. We called the number for Vacasa service. I was not sure if I was talking to a real person or AI. I explained the problem and was told I would be contacted. I received a txt saying they were working on it. After several txts trying to find out when somebody would respond we gave up. We picked up the towels on the floor cleaned the toilet and went to bed. We also reported the florescent light over the bathroom counter was not working. We discovered there were no company representatives on sight or possibly even in the area. Non of our requests were answered. As a whole the room was fine. Much smaller than the photos indicated. I will never stay in a Vacasa managed property again.
Summary: If you wish to stay in the Grand Lodge conact them directly.
