This 2,000 sqft house is only a stones throw to the many Wineries, Breweries, Cideries, and Distilleries Nelson has to offer. We are 20 minutes from Wintergreen Ski Resort, 15 minutes from Waynesboro and 20 minutes to Charlottesville. ( 15 minute drive to Augusta health Hospital, 25 minute drive to UVA) We are 5 miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway / Skyline Drive for Hiking /Cycling.

Summary: This is the 3rd time my girlfriends and I have stayed at this house. We love it and love the location. Host is very quick in responding when messaged. The house is decorated in such a whimsical yet stylish way. Superb!

Summary: We were truly happy with the house. Perfect location for us. Room layout was great. The supplies were well stocked. Everything was organized and easy to find. The sunroom was a wonderful place to socialize. House is a nice distance from main road.

Summary: Our son got married at Valley Road Vineyards, about a mile from the house, which made it super convenient. The house was perfect for our family to stay for the weekend. There was so much room to spread out and everyone got a room. So much better than a hotel in this kind of situation. The house we very well equipped and clean!

Summary: So close to my favorite wineries. Had wood for the outside fire pit- just for one fire, the only negative close to busy road- house was well decorated and plenty of room. Hope to rent this one again!

Summary: This place is Super adorable! I was with a group of ladies for a long weekend. We thoroughly enjoyed the 3 season room which has a large comfy sofa. The decor of the house is artfully done and inspiring. We loved the close proximity of wineries, breweries and Charlottesville! Such a fun trip and enjoyable stay. I think we will be back!!
