Summary: Unique, excellent service, beautiful and exquisite rooms. Lovely additions like free drinks, water, soft drinks, beer, coffee, tea. Delightful complimentary bottle of red wine on arrival. We walked everywhere, the location was amazing. Felt like being with a good friend. We can’t wait to visit again.

Summary: Crossing Condotti was absolutely charming. The guesthouse feels homey while still providing the luxe hotel experience (eg bathrobes and slippers). Everything is beautifully appointed, bed comfortable, and staff (especially Gerard) were incredibly nice and helpful. I was surprised at the level of noise insulation in the rooms given how old the building is; I heard some movement from other guests one morning and one weekend night there was music playing outside which was audible, but windows and wall seemed to be modern and it wasn’t an issue. I would note that there was no elevator but Gerard was helpful getting the bags up

Summary: It was just ok…couldn’t figure how to use the TV to watch Netflix and couldn’t reach anyone to help. And no elevator!! That should be clearly stated in thier advertisement. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Summary: The location couldn’t be beat. Everything was in walking distance. The staff at the hotel were in a class of their own and Gerald! My goodness, I can’t say enough good things about him!

Summary: Beautiful Little quaint boutique hotel in the heart of the city. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Clean and spacious Only drawback is that there is no elevator. Gérald helped carry the luggage to our room. Francesco help us when we checked out. Excellent staff Would recommend this hotel 👌
