Summary: What a cool place! I would definitely stay here again. It was decorated for Christmas beautifully! Only issue is how thin the walls are but I can overlook that bc the hotel is really nice. Location is also a huge plus.

The atmosphere is modern and stylish, yet welcoming. Our room was incredibly clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail. The staff was friendly and accommodating from the moment we arrived, and we really appreciated how easy and relaxing the entire stay felt. The hotel amenities were excellent, and you can tell they truly care about creating a memorable guest experience. We loved every part of our visit and would happily return. Highly recommend the Crossroads Hotel to anyone looking for a unique, beautiful, and comfortable place to stay!

Summary: The crossroads hotel was convenient to the WW1 museum. There were several restaurants in the area within easy walking distance. The rooms were large and comfortable. The beds were great and the bathroom was large. There was enough light in the room, however, the windows were small and in the far corner of the room, so very little natural light came in. All of the staff was nice, but you had to ask for housekeeping to come to the room to clean. Quite unexpected for an “upscale” hotel. The Libby has a lot of dead space, which I assume they will fill at some point.
