Positive: The location. The owner was very nice.

Negative: The water for the sink right outside the bathroom didn't work. One of the two beds squeaked. Booked it on-line for $109. Told the owner we had a dog and it as an additional $50 for the night which was a little steep since it's an older motel. So with that said it should have been the total price from Booking.com of $109 plus $50 for the dog. Was charged $174. A bit steep for a squeaky bed and the bathroom sink didn't produce water.

Negative: Facilities is outdated, so an update would be nice... which I'm told is forthcoming.

Summary: Great find. Outdated but well maintained. Would stay here again if in the area.

Positive: Convenient, nice property, easy check in and out. Clean. Comfortable beds and clean linens and towels were fluffy and new. mini fridge and microwave

Negative: Even though very clean, had that smell associated with older buildings. Maybe needs some kind of clean air freshener.
