Summary: The manager's assistance made the check-in process very comfortable, and the online option saved me considerable time. Everything else went smoothly, and the customer service was excellent. The rooms were also clean.

Summary: There was no one in the office when I went to check in or when I went to check out. I could not get a receipt which was frustrating. The person who finally checked me in looked like he just got off work from the road crew. My door would not lock so I put a chair in front of it. I could not find anyone to tell.
