Positive: The location is good. Close to the coffee shops and bakeries and good ambiance.

Negative: The maintenance of the building and room is awful . They need to fix a lot of things, such as the bathrooms and kitchen and the furnishings are outdated.. One of the air conditioners is broken, there was a food left in the refrigerator and the smell was awful.

Summary: Thank goodness, we only had to stay for one day.

Positive: Really like the Crosswinds place ever since. Many times I stayed before the rooms were clean and toilets working.

Negative: Toilets with leak, smelly. Aircon is super dirty and walls are very dirty you can see it when you stand on the side of the wall.
