Positive: The location of the hotel is great. It's right on the beach so you have your meals with a beautiful view that changes throughout the day with the sun. The rooms are a good size, comfortable and clean with decent bathrooms. The breakfast is buffet style and has more than enough choices and tastes good. The lunch and evening meal are selected from the menu and has a great choice for all ages. The staff were brilliant, very friendly and helpful, especially the guy who looked after us for lunch and evening meal. There is lots of different things to do on the island, we did scuba diving and snorkelling. All of the beaches around the island are public and are different. My children had their favourites for different times of the day. The sea is beautiful and clear. It was great value for money. We travel a lot and we were genuinely quite sad to be leaving. We would definitely go back.

Positive: The room was comfortable and clean. We loved taking breakfast facing the water. The sunsets are truly amazing right there in front of the hotel. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Negative: The hotel is on the waterfront but not really on a kid friendly beach. So do not expect to be able to swim right there -especially without sea shoes. We were in Dhiffushi for diving, so it didnt bother us and it is stunning to be so close to the water for our meals or just to read a book.

Positive: Hotel team is kind and helpful and does efforts to make stay pleasant as much as possible. Cleaning service pretty quick.

Negative: Well actually there is a mismatch in terms of the actual facilities and what we could expect from a villa with private bikini beach in a 4star hotel, as was stated on the description of what we booked. The villa is just a single room with basic furniture. Some equipment are damaged or outdated (as the shower head that was torn and put together with tape). There is no real private beach and most of the beach's equipment is damaged too. Breakfast is disappointing in terms of options offered, even tough the few available are tasty. Hotel structure and equipment require a deep update to match the 4 stars rating and the other 4* hotels of the island. Otherwise better honestly rate with less stars P.s. not sure if is a responsibility of the hotel, but despite there is a charge of 6$ per day per person for cleaning the shores, actually we're quite dirty with garbage all around

Positive: Nice private bikini beach where one can spot the fish and rays, etc The personnel was friendly and helpful when needed, but not pushy which was good I liked the book crossing counter also

Negative: There were not much veggies for the breakfast options so I had to buy them myself at their own store Noisy construction work right outside the property, starting from 7am, so no way to relax inside in daytime

Positive: I like that is a small hotel right on the beach, with nice and friendly staff, with nice place to eat right on the sand under trees. I also liked that the AC was working good, the bed was large and comfortable

Negative: My first disappointment was that they did not serve any alcohol beverage ( but in some way they struggle to satisfy my wish and offered me transport to a drinking boat ). The second minus was the beach... We were right on the beache but it was very difficult to enter into the water from there because was were step , with lot of rocks and corals - but I understand that the beach was broken by a storm couple months ago. Even so, with little effort could have been arranged by taking away those stones and add some sand . I want to mention here that the meals can be improved. We had so limited options and the stay was long ( 14 days ) . I thought that I will eat a lot of seafood, healthier food but only seafood was tuna cooked in some different styles, lot of fried aliments and they rarely had fruits.

Summary: Overall was a good experience with positive and some negative things but I don't regret the stay. Nice location, nic
