Positive: The Crown Hotel is a charming inn and our room was very nice and comfortable. It was so much better than a standard hotel at the airport and only took is 20 minutes to get to the car rental return at LHR. Staff is very friendly and professional.

Negative: Nothing. Everything was wonderful.
