Summary: Excellent location for shopping and eating right in the middle of central business district. Excellent and very helpful staff. Great breakfast, lots of choices, made to order omelettes and coffee. The rooms are big, but a bit dated.

Summary: Quick stay for us in Auckland and the Crowne Plaza was perfect. Friendly staff at check in and went out of their way to be helpful. The bed seriously has to be the best hotel bed we have slept in. Despite all of the surrounding works, parking was easily accessible. Highly recommended!

Summary: The service and breakfast was very good. Although now under renovation and prevents certain amenities to be affected (restaurants) the staff service was wonderful. The size of the rooms are bigger as it’s an older hotel. Which accommodates us with the sizes of our luggage (family) .. it’s very close to the tower and fast food eateries . Queens street is a 10mn walk where you have shopping. Convenient location. Also car parking - easy access just on the side of the hotel.

Summary: Stayed here in April 2025 with a friend in the two queen bed room. They let us check in early (for free). Room was clean and spacious. Area was perfect and right around all restaurants and shopping. Safe area. Beds were comfy. Shower was decent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our floor had a spot to easily refill a water bottle with water which we found handy (not sure if all floors have this). Would stay again!
