Positive: Staff were very friendly, courteous and prompt with any requests for housekeeping. Fantastic choice at breakfast and quality of food was excellent. It was also good to see more tables, chairs and umbrellas by the poolside bar this year
Negative: It was not clear on Spa facilities and access to indoor swimming pool - needs better communication on check-in or a leaflet/image on room TV to promote better. Also we were not aware of shuttle bus running to closest beach area
