Summary: Stayed here for a couple of nights. The bathroom floor didn’t feel even. Like it was a bit hilly. Thank God they got the instructions in the shower to turn on the water! You can hear the other people in the next room. Especially in the bathroom you can hear the neighbors clearly. The pool was nice and warm. Wish they had a microwave.

Summary: Room was very clean, there was house keeping offered daily without having to ask for it. Staff were very friendly. Location was great almost in the middle of every place we wanted to go to, including airport and downtown. Only issue we had was the bathroom door did not lock and some ceiling paint was peeled off.

Summary: The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and gracious. The breakfast for $11 was well worth it. The only minor detractoon was that we thought the hotel had a hot tub available to all residence from what hotels.com was indicating, but we discovered that evening that a hot tub is only available to person's who reserve a suite and not for person who reserve regular rooms.

Each time we returned after a long day, we were greeted with a smile, asked how our day had been, and even checked in on how the convention was going. It wasn’t just polite small talk—it was clear they truly cared about their guests' comfort and experience. It’s rare to find a hotel where the staff feels like an extension of your own team, cheering you on and making sure you’re taken care of. Their hospitality made a huge difference during a busy and exhausting weekend, and it made us feel like we were coming “home” every night. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay with a staff that goes above and beyond, this is the hotel. I’d recommend the Crowne Plaza Burr Ridge in a heartbeat, and we’ll definitely be back next time we’re in the area!

Summary: Stoped here during a cross-country move. Location is quiet and a 30 minute drive to Chicago. Ample parking, nice staff and overall a comfortable stay with clean rooms.
