Summary: The hotel is very dated and close to the highway so it is noisy at night, even when using earplugs. They were able ti switch me from one room to a slightly quieter one, then the bathtub leaked in the second room. The third room was just as noisy as the first. I saw a leak coming from another room that spread in the corridor. Staff were friendly and helpful but this hotel is in serious need of renovation.

Summary: The people at the front desk were very nice and cleared up any questions I had. The room was in great condition and was very clean. The only issue was the AC in our room kept running incredibly cold air. I tried to adjust it but nothing I did to the dials worked. To be fair I might have been doing it wrong since I’ve never adjusted an AC machine like that before. We only stayed for one night so we just bundled up with our coats and sucked it up lol. Other than that, no issues!

Summary: Got there at 11:30am and got to check in right away. The staff was helpful and friendly, but the room stole the show! I got a corner suite for the price most places charge for a standard room and it was one of the best rooms I’ve ever stayed in.

Summary: The female staff was horrible, rude and worthless. Especially this lady with short red hair. Overall I wish I've booked elsewhere. The hotel was ok I guess but again the female staff just killed it for me and my family. I do not recommend this place or book here ever again.

Summary: I was a bit disappointed with how small the bathroom was, and the fact that there was no microwave. However, the cleaning staff was EXCEPTIONAL. Not only were they considerate and accommodating, they made me feel welcomed.
