Summary: It was a good stay. Checking in was very easy. The room was clean and they brought an extra blanket to the room for us on request. However we asked for our room to be cleaned on Saturday and it wasn’t. We went to the front desk and asked again and by the time we returned it was cleaned.

Summary: The hotel was okay. It was in a weird part of the city but it felt safe still. The hotel was clean for the most part, it just felt older, despite several things having been updated.

Summary: I’ve stayed here many times, this place used to be nice but it seems to be run down now. First room smelled strongly of mold and the headboard was partially broken off the wall. They allowed us to switch rooms, second room was okay, had no tv remote. They took a $60 deposit from me, it’s now day 10 and they still haven’t released hold on my funds.

Summary: A very janky old hotel. The first room I was assigned to the bed wasn't made. The replacement room the peephole was not private, the toilet ran all night, the security latch was loose I had to tighten it.

Summary: The staff was excellent, especially Anu. They treated you like you were part of the family. The rooms are clean and the food was great.

Summary: The hotel hallways and room where dirty the bed was old and no support, none of the ice machines worked on any of the 8 floors, expected more from a crown plaza

Summary: We love this hotel but this year they seem to have gone through a management change and the staff does not seem to be being held to the same standard as in the past. The bar tender was rude. The restaurant no longer seems to have table service at breakfast. Just not the caliber we are used to. We probably won't be back next year and that is sad as we have been staying the same weekend for almost 10 years.

Summary: Pros - Hotel looked nice. Cons - Front desk Very rude Problem with reservation. Front desk offered no way to correct the situation and said I couldn't stay in a room that was paid for in advance. Bugs in room. Many more in the bathroom. Will never stay there again.

Summary: It was a good stay. the food at breakfast was great! We had to stay overnight due to a wait on a few things so we stayed here and I will continue to book with them. The Crowne is always my go to place to stay when in Columbus mainly because of the food. I traveled with my mom and one year old and we were able to get a crib. Only downside to the crib is there were two mattresses and she was able to climb out onto the beds so we took the one mattress out and we had no other issues from then on.
