Summary: The hotel is showing signs of wear and tear. Example: only one elevator was in service. The one that was operative the elevator door rattled when closing and the elevator panel in it was very loose. I did not see a certificate of inspection.

Summary: My day was pretty good except for I was on the sixth floor and the other elevator was not working and they did nothing to accommodate that I had to walk up over 10 flight of stairs to make it to the sixth floor And to make it to my mother-in-law‘s room who is on the eighth floor

Summary: There was only 1 elevator working the entire time. The minimum wait time for every trip up or down was 15-20 minutes. On the morning of check out, my family and I had to take separate trips in order to board the elevator. A woman sat on the floor in the hall while waiting, due to feeling overheated since the halls were not cooled. Ultimately, we all (party of 4) rode individually up to secure a spot in the elevator in order to ride downstairs.

Summary: doesn’t really look like the pictures, much more worn down, bathroom was clean, sadly did not take photos of how worn down the carpet was, ceiling had water damage everywhere, between the closet flooring and rest of the room was a disgusting amount of dirt and hair.

Summary: The room and lobby area was clean. There was only 1 elevator working during our 4 night stay. The washer worked but the dryer didn't, which was fine since we hung dry what we washed. The detergent vending machine was not in use, and the front desk store didn't have one on display (maybe if you asked they had some), but we had detergent to begin with, so didn't have any issues with the washing machine.

Summary: The hotel was actually better than expected. Very easy with the local express bus into Manhattan. Only 25 mins. Pool was quite dirty but they had good opening hours from early morning to late evening. The hotel it self needs a make over. But all in all we are satisfied.

Summary: Staff locked son in the gym when closing, one elevator, long waits, toilet next door to us overflowed, hallway smelled terrible of sewer, outdated hotel considering that it’s the crowne royal.

Summary: We went for a family trip. Seen this hotel and decided to book it. Everything was clean. No noise. Pool open till 10pm and it’s clean and warm. Overall it was a good stay. I would recommend 100%
