Summary: The GM, Mr. Tang has exceptional good management skill. All the staff are helpful and friendly. I suggest the hotel will consider to set up a few more chairs at the lobby for elderly and exhausted visitors ( currently its lobby has only 2 sofa-chairs. l note this will be a challenge ) But hotel location is very convenient for meals and shopping, and rooms are spacious.

Summary: My fave place in Causeway Bay. Always getting the star treatment here. Room is well maintained, clean and gas the best racecourse view which is quiet and calming. Housekeeping is thorough. Staff are so friendly. Check in is a breeze, no fuss. Walking distance to my shopping places and MTR.

Summary: Good Location, short walk to Times Square and Causeway Bay station, little longer walk to boat piers. Nice foyer area, Rooms clean and comfortable but not luxurious. Staff really helpful and obliging. Book breakfast ahead as otherwise very expensive.

Summary: This hotel was A in every aspect! The check-in was easy. Everyone spoke English. The pool was quiet, cool, and beautiful. The pool was on the roof on the 28th floor so it had a spectacular view! We heard other people in the halls only twice during our twelve day stay. Someone cleaned the room every day. All staff were extremely friendly and courteous. I will definitely choose this hotel every time we go to Hong Kong!
