Summary: Our flight was delayed and we called ahead to let them know to hold our room. After 3 hour flight delay we finally were able to get to the hotel at 3:30 am. When we walked in, the hotel clerk Roger told us you are lucky I was just about to cancel your room (almost $400) and by the way I know you reserved two double beds but I gave them away. I told him I booked it because it was me, my wife and teenage stepdaughter and we couldn't be in one king bed, he was able to figure out another room. My wife said he was rude and condescending and I have to agree. When we got to the room, there was no air conditioning running and all the Florida humidity and moisture was in the sheets, but we were too tired to complain and had to leave for a cruise the next morning. This is a shame since this hotel is so close to the cruise terminal and the next day the person who checked us out was very nice but I would never stay here again.

Summary: i hate getting nickel and dimed. They charge $20 a night for parking. If I would've know, I might have decided on a different hotel. another issue was that there are no vending machines and nowhere to get even just water. i arrived at the hotel almost at midnight. once settled in, i figured I'd get a couple of snacks and some water. There are no vending machines anywhere on premises. i had to walk a block to a 24 hour Gas station/ convenient store like a block away. There are plenty of decent hotels in the area. My advice; shop around, don't take the simple things like parking and amenities for granted.

Summary: The property is older and the bathroom could use an upgrade as the shower floor and door track need replacing. The room was spacious and the pool was very nice. We will be visiting this area about 4 times a year and hope to see any improvements.

Summary: There was a fire drill at 1:30 AM, which was a very unpleasant experience. The alarm went off again at 5:00 AM. Later that afternoon when I asked the person at the desk about it, they were annoyed with for asking what happened. It was very rude for an employee to display this type of reaction for being in a Custer service role. The guests were inconvenienced. It’s the hotels job to make sure the “guests” are being treated like a guest.

Summary: Got to hotel to check in then they told us there was a $20 parking fee per car which I was not aware of then the security guard was hovering over us like we’ve stealing something, then we go get in pool and it is literally hid behind building so it blocked all the sun and the pool closes too early I called front desk to try and get a refund or to be transferred to another hotel and was left on hold for 30 minutes for them to tell me there was nothing they could do we were extremely disappointed

Summary: Ancient TV, window does not open, corridor carpet could use replacement, AC by the window blowing onto the bed. Restaurants and Whole Foods 15’ walk on busy roads. Bed super comfortable, staff friendly, very quiet and super clean. All around fine depending on how much you end up paying.

Summary: The check-in was OK, but the elevator was not working and I had to climb six slices of stairs. The room had a weird smell. Hallway was very hot and very humid.

Summary: It's better than the other property we stayed at in the same area *2 blocks and it was about the same in cost. The only area i thought it could be better was the staff was a little cold and not welcoming. They did their job but just seemed to not want to talk or smile etc. The pool was closed often but that's OK with a beach minutes away. No one tells you this but take a bus everywhere. They pass every 15 minutes or less and cost close to nothing.

Summary: Very nice city hotel. Clean room and common areas. Kiki's is a nice restaurant 'in a pinch'. Staff was mostly nice and accommodating. Except one. I would remind staff that there are folks who choose their hotel due to its proximity to Broward Medical. A request for a noon checkout (to see a sick family member) shouldnt REMOTELY be a big deal.
