Positive: Housekeeping was a great staff. They always offered to help. Main desk- not very helpful. One evening I called down for more toilet paper. Never got paper. At check in I had inquired about getting a vehicle to take us out to the pyramids. When I re checked to have it scheduled …it was going to be triple the costs and I would not be guaranteed a ride back to the hotel.
Summary: It was decent. Would not do it again.

Positive: The staff were the best of any IHG property at which I have stayed and better than most non-IHG five stars at which I have at which I have stayed. They were very courteous, and accommodating of my wishes.
Negative: There was not anyone assigned to the bar. The presence of a bartender was sporadic, but when someone was present, they were always well mannered and knew how to make a variety of mixed drinks. Many buffet items were repetitive from the breakfast selections to the dinner selections. For example, the Lyonnaise potatoes were on the buffet line every meal. The bacon was way undercooked all of the time except when it was on a hamburger (one of the best I have ever had). In fact, the bacon always presented as being warmed, not thoroughly cooked. I didn't like the fact that internet access was shut down every night, which kept me from being able to transact business in other countries.
Summary: Overall, it was a superior stay due to your caring, concerned, and efficient staff.

Positive: Centrally located, nice bar and restaurant
Negative: Much of the hotel seems with unused or or as if it has been left untouched for a longer, long time, so although things are tidy they seem dingy. Our bathroom has a lot of lime in the shower and faucet making it seem like it has never been scrubbed or washed thoroughly.
