Summary: We booked two king bed standard rooms which were upgraded by a single tier. The new King bed suites were eally spacious. The staff provided good service too.

Summary: When checking in, was advised by the check in staff that my room type is either near the lift or end of corridor. I stated that i prefer the one near the lift. But when go to the room, it is the one furthest down the corridor.

Summary: Friendly and helpful staff. Very accommodating to our requests - extra towels, firmer pillows , late checkouts etc Hotel close the Huagiangbei and Dongman shopping area. The room we stayed in is very spacious. We had a wonderful time in Shenzhen.

Summary: Great location within walking distance of Dongmen pedestrian street. Staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. There are staff that are able to speak both Cantonese, mandarin and some english. Room was spacious and clean, with the bathroom being almost as big as the bedroom! I always recommend Crowne plaza, especially in China!

Summary: The service at reception was great. Kindly curtesy manner and good attitude with his services. So it gave you a good impression before you walk into your room. Room is specious and with good mattress. Breakfast was great and people were very nice. On the whole they are excellent hospitality. The hotel situated in a good busy street with lots of restaurants and facilities around. Will come back again.

Summary: Most receptions don’t understand English. The ones that do it’s very limited. Is a great hotel and service overall but I just caution someone coming here who only speaks English that it is hard to get on
