Summary: They kindly accommodated my request to add an extra night's stay (though the next morning's front desk staff hadn't been informed. He promptly rebooked it for me). While the water dispenser at the front desk was out of order, I had a comfortable stay overall.

Summary: Bathroom shower head was strange. I paid over $400 for two nights, which is not the price I thought I was getting. I was told breakfast was included for my stay then told it actually wasn’t. The $25 a night hidden fee for parking was also unexpected. I will choose elsewhere next time.

Summary: Toilet would not flush and kept getting clogged. We called the front desk and was told they couldn’t find a plunger or maintenance. Finally they switched us to a new room at midnight after we requested it.
