Summary: Having been staying at this hotel, their overall service proves to be of top quality. As to the quality of breakfast, not as good as before. I have on 7/26 expressed this issue to Fiona Yin, the Hotel Ambassador.

Summary: What a beautiful hotel! Everything about the hotel was wonderful. The dining room in the lobby was nicely decorated and the meals were excellent. I ate in the Japanese restaurant one night and what a wonderful experience that was. The hotel staff was very professional and courteous. I enjoyed my stay at Crowne Plaza Huizhou very much.

Summary: Hotel feels a little tired but is still comfortable. It does not have a lot around it that is walkable and the hotel shuttle finishes at 6pm. Staff friendly but do not get much westerners visiting so English is not as strong as Shenzhen city centre hotels

Summary: I like the a/c control. I can set it at temperature where I am comfortable. Having ball pens available would be nice. And a house phone at the lobby would be great, allowing calls that can be made to a guest without bothering the front desk.
