Summary: The hotel staff was nice. The room was exceptable. However, the elevators took a long time to arrive. We were on the 9th floor. Also the rooms are not sound proof. Overall, not bad if you just go to sleep at night.

Summary: The staff we're brilliant. They looked after me and my family. Good location which is near some local areas for food and the retiro park. Taxis are located outside hotel. The rooms and interior were clean and modern and good for families. The bar and food was excellent.
