Positive: I don't know. I don't want to be negative because I like Crowne Plazas. This one needed a face lift, and the staff is not as friendly as I am used to.

Summary: I wasted my money because this was suppose to be a romantic weekend with my wife. I didn't get that!

Positive: Beautiful location with views and green grassy areas for walking. Close to all major roads but seemed like it was out in the woods. Great staff. The breakfast was exceptional. We traveled with our dog and did not figure out until the last morning that we could take our breakfast to the outdoor terrace so he could join us.
Negative: It was a small thing that was not repeated, but on our first morning there was no hostess at the desk. Several of us waited 5+ minutes then assumed it was all self-serve. There were servers and a hostess on the shift but they had them in the back "cleaning stuff" since it was slow in the dining room. All other mornings they fixed the issue and had plenty of staff ready to help.
Summary: we loved it and would highly recommend it- hope to return one day

Positive: We paid to have breakfast with the room and the breakfast buffet was wonderful.
Negative: We stayed there to see if we could possibly bring our dog. The king room that we stayed in would not be big enough for our dog and they don't allow pets in the junior suite or suite. This is disappointing because we would have came back and stayed. It would also be nice if they had a fenced in dog park. Nice place to stay but not what we wanted for our dog.

Positive: The hotel interior is beautiful. Located in a safe area. Very clean. Friendly staff. Minor issue when we got to our room but housekeeping took care of it!
Negative: Hard to locate the entrance leading to the property. The access road is by way of a side street before you reach Sam’s Club.
Summary: The stay was enjoyable. I would definitely stay again!
