Summary: I had an unpleasant experience in the pool area. About 5 minutes into the pool area about 30 children entered with parents. I would have planned around it if there was a sign or notice on the door. Also, the pool should be adult only after 7pm.

Summary: Very good experience, we had a harbour view room on the 8 th floor, comfortable bed and nicely furnished room. Quiet too.

Summary: We had a lovely stay and would stay here again when we come that way. It was the first time taking our fur baby who was amazing and loved it as well. Thank you. Just wish breakfast was not so expensive.

Summary: This location has been renovated since I visited several years ago and it is much nicer for it. I was in a conference room for two days for training and spent one night in a double queen room. It was a good experience overall.

Summary: Room was spacious and clean enough. Pool area was not clean and someone threw up on the deck before we came abs we waited 30 plus minutes for them to clean it up and no one came so we ended up leaving. I would expect that to be top priority. Staff was very friendly. The most important part is knowing this hotel is not close enough to downtown if you’re exploring Saint John for the first time… Hilton is where you want to be.

Summary: We had to book this last minute as our air bnb was not up to cleanliness standards. While the outside is not much to look at, the inside is updated and clean! Room was clean and comfortable, with updated bathrooms, floors and a comfortable large bed. Didn’t use the indoor pool and hot tub due to time constraints, but we did look at it and it looked very clean and welcoming Would recommend this hotel to others
