Positive: Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Location was part of the reason we chose this property. Newly remodeled, clean and comfortable.
Negative: We walked a couple of blocks from the light rail station, not bad but the homeless camps and drug addicts we’re a little concerning about safety for me and my family.
Summary: Stayed only one night before our cruise. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

Positive: The staff were very helpful. The front desk staff gave a map at check in and gave us directions. The location was perfect . It was a very short walk to Pikes market.
Negative: The elevator needs to service you and your family and not fill up to capacity. I wish it would take up you with your family and not stop on every floor. The elevators had plenty available, it just filled up with too many people every time.
Summary: It was great stay. It was great location. We hit it out of the park staying at Crown Plaza.

Positive: Great location. Walkable to train and tourist attractions, restaurants and shops. No resort fee! Very friendly staff.
Negative: No pool or jacuzzi. Restaurant service was very slow .
