Summary: An excellent hotel with a warm and welcoming staff. We did not experience any discrimination toward Israelis at all, on the contrary, the service was wonderful. The spa is of a very high standard with truly professional therapists, and the pool is great and enjoyable. The breakfast is rich, tasty, and diverse, offering plenty of delicious options. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and pleasant and the suite is highly recommended! Only downside: the hotel is a bit far from the city center, so you’ll need a car or taxi to get around. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!

Summary: Very professional staff and the hotel facilities were beautiful. Free parking which is an absolute steal in a hotel in Sofia (underground parking is very safe). Overall, such a pleasant stay we are looking to return!
